Tempranillo

VINIFICATION
This wine comes from the dealcoholisation of a wine made 100% with the Tempranillo variety, undoubtedly the best known in Spain. After the fermentation process, dealcoholisation is carried out using a technique based on vacuum distillation. With this, we manage to maintain the aromas and flavours of Tempranillo, obtaining a very characteristic and unique non-alcoholic wine.

TASTING NOTES
This non-alcoholic wine has a cherry red colour with brick edges. On the nose, the aromas of compote, very ripe fruit and berries with a spicy touch stand out. In the mouth, it is a soft, sweet and very pleasant dealcoholized wine. Perfect for those who want to savour the taste of wine, but abstain from alcohol.
