Moscatel

VINIFICATION
This wine comes from the dealcoholisation of a wine made 100% with Moscatel de Alejandría grapes, a very aromatic grape whose characteristics lend themselves very well to the creation of a non-alcoholic drink that maximally recalls all the aromas of a Moscatel wine. After the fermentation process, dealcoholisation is carried out using a technique based on vacuum distillation. With this, we manage to concentrate and preserve all the original flavours and aromas of the Moscatel de Alejandría, with the advantage of the total absence of alcohol.

TASTING NOTES
This non-alcoholic white wine has a clear, straw yellow colour with a low layer. On the nose, it is a complex non-alcoholic wine, with aromas of stone fruit and marked notes of peach and citrus. In the mouth, it is smooth, gourmand and fresh, with a sensual aromatic nuance that recalls a traditional wine.

FOOD PAIRING
This dealcoholized wine is perfect for an aperitif, but it also pairs very well with rice and seafood.
