Impress your dinner guests with this delicious yellow fin tuna tartare. Not only is it bursting with taste, it's also a feast for your eyes! The recipe is brought to us by Manos Grammatikogiannis, Executive Chef of Nammos Estiatorio in Vancouver, Canada.
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
400gr yellowfin tuna loin
2 table spoons capers
1 table spoon fine chopped dill
Fresh ground black pepper
For the lemon dressing:
1 lemon zest and juice
1 tea spoon ginger
60gr extra virgin olive oil "PHILOTIMO"
1 table spoon Dijon mustard
1) Cut the yellowfin tuna in small cubes
2) In a blender have the lemon zest and juice, ginger, Philotimo olive oil, mustard. Blend for 2 minutes.
3) In a bowl mix the tuna cubes, avocado, dill, scallions, Santo Fine Food Santorini Capers, black pepper, Kosher salt, and the lemon dressing.
4) Use thin slices of cucumber and serve as I did on the photo
